Makabu's PM combines financial remuneration and earnings with personal
performance maintaining data about each employee's professional
qualifications, experience and performance.
PM helps to keep a complete history of the employment record. This
facilitates comprehensive searches to aid management in decision
making. The system can be interfaced with standard time recording
devices and integrated with other ERP modules.
Due to the system being highly parameter driven, any changes to
the system can be easily incorporated.
