Client Manager (CM)

The client manager is an interactive web-based CRM application that provides both customers and suppliers easy to use features to track the life cycle of the products and services sold to them.

The system will help organizations keep in touch with their customer base through direct marketing campaign and email reminder messages. The system has a number of key modules:

  • Customer registration
  • Company and customer interaction summary
  • Product service history and future schedules
  • Service Center location information
  • Appointment setup
  • Automatic e-mail reminder

These modules allow customers to identify all the products they own of the company and obtain the service history and future service needs for that product as well as allow them to book maintenance or replacement online. In addition, the system also allows the customers to locate a customer service center or outlet near them.
